Culturing Microworms

1. What size tank do you need to use?
2. Do they have any special requirements?
3. What do they eat?
4. Can they live outside water?

I'd appreiate it if someone could post a pic of some cultured microworms...

Thanks, i'll stick to bloodworms at 25p per bag, it's easier and you can't go wrong!
