Brought 2 of these home yesterday and I'd heard that they were quiet shy and noctornal as well, mines certainly aren't. They have been out and about all the time and are quiet active. I absolutely love them already. Does anyone else have experience of them. Mines are are currently only about 1 - 1.5 inches but I know they will grow alot.

I've 2 and bought them when they were about 1.5", I agree for ambush fish they spend a lot of time in front of the tank, will eat anything I put in the tank from live food to flake (absolutely love the maggots you get for fishing, only treat them occassionally with them though).

Not fussy eaters and very active as well.
