Courier Service?

Hi,
 
I am looking for a courier to post some fish. I've seen people selling fish with the postage around £15 but when I used a calculator on UPS it was like £30 - £40.

 Who does deliveries for about £15 or how do I get it to that price?

I've heard people saying they use them but it says on their website they don't do live stock. http/www.apc-overnight.com/what-we-carry.php

I think that is the norm with most courier companies but I have received fish and coral delivered by APC on many occasions where it clearly states on the box LIVE FISH! lol, the driver even said to me he kept them at the front of the van with him rather then in the back with all the other parcels to keep them safe so I don't know how strictly they enforce this rule? I have never posted with APC though.
