Could This She Be A He?

I have another picture to add today, still after opinions on male or female please?

I am getting a bit concerned now & I think I am going to have to rehome he/she, at the moment, it is in with 2 other females & one in particular is getting very bullied. The betta in question is showing some unusual behavoir, when I get the camera out to try to get a pic he/she gets right up against the glass & wiggles against it, he/she is also building quite a nice bubble nest!

What do you think?

The pictures in the first post aren't showing up for me, but in the latest one, looks more male than female. FWIW, girls will bully each other so that isn't a clear sign of being male/female. Also, they can build bubble nests. One of my females who's in a smaller home w/indian almond leaves builds nests. She's had a nice one and a bunch of odd ones.

The fins on the betta in question are quite long. . .best not to risk damaging them.

Sorry you may have to rehome the fish.

By the shape of the anal fin and the overall nice finnage, my vote is for male. The ventrals do not need to be particularly long, but there is a particular shape to the anal (more point) and dorsal fin (fuller) that only males have, regardless of how lovely a female may be. That, and the full beard. A potentially very nice male at that. Looking forward to seeing him develop. Don't rehome, keep him, he's cute. Where are you?

that is 100% male. get a nice tank for him and a few more girlies for the sorority.
hes very nice looking young fish.
cheers

Thanks everyone, you've all confirmed what I was thinking, unfortunately I cannot keep him as I have no way to house another male, so he will need to be rehomed, its a shame as he is such a lovely natured betta.
