Could This Be Th Beginning Of The End For My New Little Guy?

heres a pic of the blue guar i got about a week ago. seams to hide a bit more than most fish, likes one side over the other(prefers the heavily planted side) but hes very active, swimming around up down left right, very normal. i looked him over at the lps before i got it... he looked good and healthy along w/ the rest of his tank mates. i noticed this today though... should i worry, or is this just tank rubbing? how can i remedy this?

i hate to say this but my little man looked exactly the same. he started out with what looked like a sore on his chin - i thought he might have bumped into rock or something, he was still feeding well and swimming quite happily. then a couple of days later he developed popeye, bloated stomach and unfortunately he died yesterday.
i had my water tested and it was all fine and was advised to add some salt (aquarium) and bacteria to help with the popeye but all in vain i'm afraid.
i don't mean to worry you but be prepared for all eventualities

i do hope your little fella pulls through - fingers crossed!
