Could These Two Co-exist

Could a red devil and a pirhana co-exist? what exactly could get along with either of them?

Piranhas are shoaling fish and so should be kept in a group of similar sized fish, although they are carnivourous they aren't particularly aggresive and would probably take a beating form the red devil.

Piranhas should be kept alone in a species tank, Red Devils with Large Catfish and other tough Cichlids.

it actually depends more on the type of piranhas you're keeping. species differ in aggression. however i dont think anyone would give a green light on keeping them with other fishes other than armored/hardy ones

there was a post on here not to long ago where so one had a hude 12ft tank with a school of piranah and a single oscar and they never bothered each other at all...buti do think its the size of the tank
