ok so in the community so far are cardinal tetras, emperor tetras, H+T tetras and 2 other kinds of tetra, mollys, platys, danios, angels, 2 kribs, 4 plecs, about 5 types of catfish, corys, kuhlis, killis, a gourami, wcmm and snails/shrimp etc

im wondering could i add a pair of rams or is there any of the above fish they will not get on with?

well your temperature is going to be an issue, seeing as the cories and loaches prefer it cooler where as the rams will want it at 28oC to prevent hexamita, slower metabolism and disease etc. once the immune system is weakened it will be dead within days, due to the production of protozoa

my tank is at a steady 27 degrees is this too low for the rams?

Its fine spishkey, my community with rams was at a constant 26, rams, plus all other fine with it.

My only concern would be with the kribs, but if Im right, this is a very large 5-6ft tank yes? In which case they will have plenty of space for territories.

danios seem to love this temp, ive even had sucessful spawning from them truck :) yes minx its the 6ft tank :)
the kribs tend to cruise the tank daily they dont seem to stick to one place, so this could be a problem? maybe i better not then.i'll wait till we've moved and get a seperate ram tank i think
