Could I Have These

im almost ready to add to my tank and what i fancy might not be possible for my set up, (i am a bit picky )i like kuhli loaches (the stripey ones) and clown loaches, would either be ok in my tank, possibly 2 or 3 of one or the other, i currently have a 55Lt tank with a few shrimp and 4 guppys, would either of theses two species be ok in this size tank or am i going to have to keep looking for something else?

Definitely NOT clown loaches, they need a tank more like 6ft long.

Kuhlis might be an option, what substrate do you have?

Perfect for kuhlis, I should think you could have some of them if that's what you really want.

i do like the look of them, apparently i will have to have a small group for them to be happy, only thing is i've not seen them for sale anywhere local

Yes being a loach they are social fish, and they can be quite shy in small numbers.
