Cotton

ok. so now that my fish died off from ich, my other tank may have cotton. my rusty cichlid has a cotton like growth on his face that dosen't seem to go away. I have heard that to save my other fish, i may have to kill him. can anyone think of any remidies? and would you know any reasons this could happen?

never mind. just some skin hanging from an injury.

Is the cotton wool growing on the injury. As cotton growths can be columnaris aswell.

well i dont care anymore. since he was fighting so mcuh (that was the injury) he is enjoying his time at the fish store. forever.
