pH: 7.4
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10-20
kH: 6

tank temp: 76 f

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Dead with red spots on fins and part of body
Volume and Frequency of water changes:
Around 30% every week
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
Prime and thrive
Tank inhabitants:
1 opaline gourami, 6 (1 now dead) corydoras aeneus, 3 female platy, 2 female swordtails, 1 bn pleco, 1 female bolivian ram, 1 mystery snail, 3 nerite snails, 1 rabbit snail, 13 platy fry (moving soon).
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):
Cabomba caroliniana and rotala indica. No recent fish additions
Exposure to chemicals:
?
Digital photo (include if possible):
(The substrate looks dirty because I just fed them and noticed the dead fish. The platies are messy)
Why did it die?
Edit: after I took it out of the water I saw some red spots on it's fins and body.
