Hard to tell, but I'm guessing male. If you are interested in breeding... its best to have 2m for every 1f. Also, is the albino C. aeneus? There are several breed of cories that come in albino form, but the bronze (C. aeneus) is one of the more common.
Female corys are a lot fuller in the body than males, also a males dorsal fin is pointy and stands at about a 90 degree angle compared to the female dorsal which is slanted diagonally at about a 45 degree angle.
