Correct Sized Heaters ?

Hi, recently set up a couple of small tanks, wondering what the correct wattage of heater should be ? I know it's a noobish question but I just want to get it right

Tank 1 12"L x 12"W x 15"H - 35ltrs - 7(ish)? gallons
Tank 2 21"L x 11"W x 15"H - 55ltrs - 12.5(ish)? gallons

Have a 25W in tank 1 and 55W in tank 2 , sound ok ?

I think you should be just fine with this setup. Make sure you get thermometers for both to make sure temperature stays as you want it.

sounds good, but to know for sure that they are correct size, and are heating properly is to make sure that the temp is right

i was always told rule of thumb was 1 watt per 1 litres
so
25 ltr = 25w heater
50 ltr = 50w heater
100 ltr = 100w heater
150 ltr = 150w heater
and so on
