Just thought you might like to see some of my cories:

Diving into their algae wafers (the guppies and endlers love 'em too)

Two surviving albinos:

Both are green cories, but the one on the left is twice the size of the other!

Great looking Cories :good: I'm hoping to get Cories, myself when my tank is fully Cycled. They're mischievous little fellas, aren't they :fun:

Thanks! I just love mine. I got a few for the usual clean-up duty and I just keep getting more!

By the way, your art is fantastic. I'm a graphic designer and appreciate good talent!

Your cories look great, and are far more visible than mine. Mine like to spend the large part of the day hiding out under my big rock cave. They do come out from time to time, and it is always a treat when they do. I've witnessed some "strange" behaviors from them. A few of them are fascinated by the filter sponge. One has taken a liking to it and has been found on many occasions sleeping on it. Another one saw that and swam around and around it, up and over, up and over, before finally moving on.

Also, I found 3 eggs today!!! :hyper: I don't think they are fertlized, but its still a good sign of their contentment. (At least to me it is.) :good:

Fab pics :good:

Are your greens Brochis splendens? They look too big to be green lasers...

I have 8 sterbai i wold never be without them in any tank now, mine are all out in the open about 90% of the day

They look great. My platty's and Neons do enjoy having a munch on there food aswell :) So i tend too feed them and the pleco at night, This way they always get it all :)

I love my corys. They are so cute! I unfortunately only have one albino left, but am planning on raising my peppereds to 6 (the high/long fin variety) and I have to say they look really cool!

Yes, and the longfin peppers too! They all hang out together happily. And I just got 3 more albinos yesterday to bring the total back up to 6. Funny how tiny the new ones look! But all are settling in nicely.

I saw some juliis yesterday, but resisted the temptation until I get sand in my 55g!

Fab pics :good:

I wish I knew. They were just called 'green cories' in the store. I'm open for help on IDing them!

How big are they now?,can't tell from pic,Brochis has more rays on dorsalfin than 'corys' has they are not classed has corys but catfish, they grow a lot bigger

If you could get a close up of one of snout & dorsal,we may be able to help id them :good:

Will this help? Probably not, as I look at it. Unless they're still I can't really get a good photo.

How do you get such good, sharp photos?

Here's a better shot. The biggest one is about 2.5" from barbel to tip of tail.

Its definately a cory has opposed to a Brochis,

It looks like a green laser, but theres something that looks different... green lasers are very vibrant in their colouring.Could be a green variation of the aeneus family.

Frank would be the one to ask(coryologist),i'm no expert on id's

Lush looking corys though :good:
