Four of my six peppered cories have been acting really weird all day, they are all huddling together in one corner then chasing each other at top speed right across and around the tank then huddling together again :/ has this been noticed by anyone else before? They are really going for it and it's a mix of males and females, although they are huddling too close together to see more than one if each.. Could they be wanting to make babies?

does it look like the males are trying to form T shape with female, i.e. cross over in front of the females?

maybe take a video otherwise

Yeah kinda, the males keep jumping infront of the female (there's one f three m from what I can see) almost like they are playing 'it'

Ooooooh I hope so! I doubt any babies would survive in our tank though what with Mr Angel :-\

Corys do this all the time, Mines do it every day almost. I have 8 of them and am pretty sure theres a few females in there. Just a matter of time till mines end up breeding the tank up and no doubt my angel will eat the eggs anyway :p

Sounds like breeding behaviour, though if you have angels in the tank, any eggs will be eaten
