I've done quite a bit of looking around and I've been wondering if VHO bulbs work as well as they say. For example I'm thinking about getting one of these..

Then use the Coralife VHO bulbs. I'm wondering if this is a good setup. I'm think it would be best to get the one that can use 3 bulbs which would give me about 330W, would this be good for plants on the bottom of a 55 gallon. Its about 20-21inches from the light to the gravel, and the water level is about 18in.
