i have 4 convicts at the moment and im planning on keeps 2 for my next tank so was wondering if its better to to keep the 2 males or the 2 females cheers, also if anyone is interested in having 2 convicts in the leicestshire area

In my pub project,.... I deliberately placed 4 Convicts and they're all male with absolutely no ill effect... I would thus suggest, keep the males.

are excellent i wanted to keep the males as-well as they grow bigger and the ones ive got have amazing colouring. cheers

Strange thing though.... I noticed only one of the males eventually developed a "bump" on the head (like frontosa)..... This is proclaimed to be the "dominant" male. (& he also grows a lot bigger than the rest)

are that will be interesting to look at i was thinking of having them 2 with a jewel and a salvini and a sengal birch in 55 uk G tank 4 ft long rio 240 what do you think i was thinking of having dither fish to spread the aggression what dither fish would you recommend?
