First, I'd like to start off by saying that they are NOT in the same tank!! XD... of course, I'm sure most of you were thinking of that already ^_^; hehe... but, y'never know. Well. . . anyway...
Recently, I asked if I could add some corals into my tank, however the corals were soaked in clorox before hand... long story short, I added the corals in the tank (after soaking them for weeks upon weeks in water and decholrinator) and my convicts seem to be loving them! They even laid their eggs on some slate that's infront of the corals, which hatched yesterday! =)

Anywho, here are some pictures of my convict pair...

Mom hiding underneath some coral. Such a lovely home.

Mom, wondering where her eggs went... they all hatched of course =)

Mom worried, calls for Dad, wondering where their eggs had gone! *gasp*

Dad doing his daily(our hourly? haha) scouting routine, checking if there are any fish in the tank!

Mom...still thinking where her eggs have gone... =P

My convict tank. 55 gallons I believe.. ^_^;

And here are some pictures of my Betta tank. Newly established. I'm glad my Betta has a new home! Ahh...I'll be housing another Betta, hence the divider =) Poor little guy...living in a jar ever since he was at the pet shop...He seems to be doing very well now!

Yes, the tank looks rather boring... but at least it beats living in a small jar!

Here it is, I believe it's a 10 gallon tank... or maybe it's just a 5 gallon >_>;;

Woo, living in the philippines is tough when you're taking care of fish! The water is a main problem, next to the numerous power outages around here... also, fish selection are somewhat limited =( ... but I love em! =)

Nice Pics! I too go through the bad quality water, power outages and limited fish selection because I too live on a secluted paradise called Grand Cayman. It can really get to you after a while :p

Thanks! =D

Indeed! The water that comes out of the faucets here...you can't really trust them as they have tons and tons of bacteria, even harmful to humans (well...they just give you really really bad stomach aches if you're not used to the water here)

So the water I use for the fish is rain water, collected from the roof ^_^; lucky for me it's rainy season over here right now ^__^;;
