hey,
my friend's convicts just bred and some of the eggs are white and some are orange. Is there a significant differance?

thanx

the white eggs are dead, the orange ones are ALIVE ! so your friend should see some fry very soon

I believe that there is a difference. I think the white ones are unfertilized and will not hatch, while the orange (prob slightly yellowish too) are good eggs. If this is confirmed by someone else, then I believe you should try to remove the infertile eggs when the other hatch if the parents havent already eaten them.
