I have a 30 gallon that I would like to buy convicts in. Can you keep two females together without risk of fighting or should I just get one? Also are there any catfish or pleco small enough to fit in the tank that the convicts wont bother? Thanks!

Two convicts would be fine, though make sure you get two females otherwise you'll shortly have a lot more convicts. I'd recommend some FAST swimming ditherfish. Giant danios or some tiger barbs maybe - certainly nothing with long fins. Bristlenose catfish and corys -- provided you provide plenty of cover are also fine.

All the best with it!

Could platies live with convicts? I think I know the answer already but I want to confirm. thanks

It all depends on your convicts temperament really. Swordtails can reach about 4-5" so maybe they would be a better option.

Bare in mind this is a 30 gallon guys, its already full with the Convicts.
