Converting Measurements

I just got my flubenol 15. The problem is they use 1/5 teaspoon per 25 gallons(uk). I need to how much to use for 10, 15, and 29 us gallon tanks.
Any one know how to figure this out?
Please help. I have given myself a head ache trying to figure it out.

10 USG = 8.3 UKG.
15 USG = 12.5 UKG.
29USG = 24.2 UKG.

If you have a lot of snails to kill, it might be an idea to remove as many of them as possible before dosing. A lot of decaying snails could cause an Ammonia spike, so be aware.

I have removed as many as I can find. I am about to do water changes and try to dose tanks.
How much do I add to each tank? It is a powder. I need to know how much to put in.
