I know this isnt helpful but i don't know what fish i should put in my new 29 gal tank... I don't know if i wanna try cichlids or Tetra's and cynaprids... i like em all but don't know what to do with it...I want to make this tank the most intresting tank i have ever had..

hmmm 29 gallons eh? I would go with a school of 6 silver (or marble if you can find them) hatchet fish, 6 rummy nose tetras, 3 otos and a pair of Kribs or Rams, that's just me though.

edit: be sure to have a nice secure hood for the tank though as the hatchets may try and "fly" away if you don't.

I coulf get hatchet fish easily there always there when ever i am at the pet shop... thanks for the suggestion... still thinking i'm gonna get a bunch of ideas and then weigh the facts and either put em together or choose one... i'm sorry i am rambling on

if youre going to go with tetras get some blackskirts there good looking and dont have the finnipping disposition of a lot of tetras
