Hi all,
Currently exploring cichlids as a stocking option for my 30gal tank, but I'm getting alot of conflicting information. Some people have said that a tank that size is only good for a pair or trio of the same species, still others have said that if my filtration is good i can fit about 10 small (rams and labs) specimens at which point the crowding will cause their aggression to slope off some so they don't mangle each other.
Curious what the popular opinion on this matter seems to be, if anyone can give a certain answer, or if it depends on the species involved.
