Complacency

having had nothing go wrong - no diseases, no disasters... I had become complacent.

Yesterday while fishing for a specific fish I must have knocked another fish, or ornament that then knocked a fish.

His belly split and guts came out - eugh. Im so sorry little fishy. He was ended quickly.


I will now take more caution. These little lives need a little more care. I thought I was being careful, but not careful enough.

Ah that's a shame.
I've had a loach die on me when I lifted out a rock it was hiding in. I didn't check and had the rock out of the tank for over an hour.
