I have a mix shoal of neon and cardinal tetras. My tank is a 75-gallon, so i am looking for some more fish to stock the tank up. I am really torn between two ideas...
First idea is having a pair of koi angels or marbled angels. Will a pair of large angelfish eat the neons or cardinal tetras? Also im not sure about having the angels because im not sure that the angels would want a lot of fish around...
Second idea is having the shoal of cardinals and neons and adding some silver dollars... which brings about the same question. Will the silver dollars be able to eat the neons and cardinals? Also, is there a difference between the silver dollars in the piranha family and the silvar dollars in the tetra family? Also along with the silver dollars and neons/cardinals i may be able to add other types of fish.
I'm trying to see which idea is better for the breeding aspect of my hobby, since i want to be able to breed the fish in my tank, as breeding is a major part of my hobby.

Possibly have a look at Dwarf / Neon Rainbows, i have a few of them and theyre to go with the tetras they dont get too large and have some nice colours and if you did get angels dont think they will be able to turn them into lunch, for bottom dwellers Kribs (kribensis) are lovley fish, if you can get a mated pair, the displays and bright purple and yellows they show are fantastic, they can get a little agressive (never to the extent of harm, will just chace off fish from theyre hidy hole for a few cm then back to the hidy hole at breeding time) theyre no where nr aggressive as normal chilchids.
