Firstly....

When my tank is compleltely cycled how large should the water change be?

Secondly...

Will 6 angels, 8 corydoras and 3 sailfin mollys be ok in a 220 litre aquarium?

You should do an 80% water change 24hours before adding fish (don't forget to add water conditioner). Sorry, can't help with the stocking though.

does it have to be 24 hours or could i do it in the morning wait for the water to get up to temp then get the fish in the afternoon?

Its only 24hours as far as I know cos that's roughly how long it takes to warm up cold water to the right temperature. Dont leave it any longer than this otherwise ur bacteria will die. Also allows time for any ammonia left to be converted as well. U dont want ammonia / nitrite present when you add ur fish. If you add water you've already warmed up by having a spare heater in the bucket etc. then I'm sure you could add fish almost straight away taking in consideration what I mentioned above.

Don't forget dechlorinator otherwise dead bacteria and make sure you fully stock with fish from day one otherwise, you guessed it , dead bacteria.

i`m not going to fully stock from day one...

i`m only going to add my cories and maybe a pair of angels. then it`s the good old method of add a couple of fish every few weeks...

as i know exactly the type of fish i want and have an LFS that will order them for me (but depends of their supplier can get hold of them or not. so will have to wait for the supplier to get hold of them
