Colour Change?

Mr B's face has changed colour His scales have got darker, pretty much overnight! What do you think? I dont think hes ill, as hes eating fine, swimming fine, reacting to me as normal.

Were there any recent changes to the tank, otherwise it could be natural. If he's still young, bettas often change colors as they grow and I know its common for a betta's head to be darker than its body.

Also if you haven't had him long chances are he is just gaining his colour back

he is certainly not young with finnage like that. he is sooooooooooo handsome (red vts are my favorite!).
i wouldnt worry too much about it. since it is all over darkening and not in patches or spots. just keep an eye on him for changes in behavior.
he looks a little fat in the tummy. be careful of overfeeding.

ok i will reduce his feeding ive had him about 3 months now i think. the only changes to the tank was adding 5 more neons a couple of weeks ago. BUt theyre all fine, and Mr B is fine too. I guess just a colour change eh?!
