Just wondered what would be the best way for co2 to enter my tank, I have an inline defusser that leads to a fluval spraybar which points slightly down into the water the tank is a jewel 240 with a fluval406 filter, I've only had co2 running for a few months with ei dosing I'm getting good results so far but is this the best setup?

Yes, I'd say so. The better output with your lights the even more growth you get. But CO2 wise you are running as good as it could get.

Thanks for that this co2 & planted tanks is all new to me even though I've been keeping fish some 20yrs
My lights are 2 t5's on for 7hrs

You could up the lights to 10 hours. Being you keep the drop checker on green, With CO2 coming on 2 hours before lights on and going off 2 hours before lights off.
