Hi all!

I've recently started my own set up as can been seen at:
http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/389446-my-first-fishy-adventure/

I have plumbed in my CO2 today and I am just wondering if anyone could give me a little advise on how many bubbles per minute I should be aiming for? I have a Fluval Roma 240 with a pressurized CO2 bottle and an in-line diffuser connected to the outlet of my filter.

Many thanks

you use a thing called a drop checker, with 4dkh water and bromo blue indicator solution in it, this turns from blue to green when co2 is at the right level and yellow when its too high. start of with 1 bubble a second and slowly up this rate over the day to get the level right. as it takes an hour or so for the solution to change to show the correct level. guessing this is no good as you can quickly gas the fish.

Ah ok, I'll head down my LFS and pick one up. No fish in the tank at the moment so got time to get it spot on :)

Many thanks
