Co2 Tubing Shortage?

Is the uk experiencing a co2 tubing shotage?
I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Aqua essentials is out of stock and has been awhile now
Aquariumplantfood.co.uk is out of stock and has been awhile
Tankscape is out of stock
Ebay is all HK and overseas

Any ideas where I can get some? Dont really wanna pay more than £6 for 3 meters

 I just use Polyethylene tube works fine for me, no performance loss but then its only 5 months old. Think it's mainly silicon tubing that degrades too rapidly
