Hi everyone, just registered so am very much looking forward to all the helpfull info, and hopefully I can help others.
I wish to ask a question regarding disposable CO2 canisters, I am considering buying a Hydro NRG Advanced system is it easy getting replacement canisters for this system, thanks

Don't bother, its a good kit but the cylinder is 72g and will last a week at the most, on anything but 5lt nano. and the repalcements are £15! Its also expensive and you could get a full sized kit for the same money. Check out the link in my sig to a guide to using a fire extinguisher to get an excellent kit for less money

Do the hydor kits not come with adapters to use with other refillable and disposible canisters?

I've been thinking about this kit for a 25 litre for aaaages, but I always find some other way to spend the money .

This seems like a good deal to me, and a neat looking unit, but I've only ever used the nutrafin yeast based one, so pretty uch anything would.

I was thinking with the included adapters I would be able to use a regular big refillable CO2 bottle?
