Ok redesigned my whole custom filter idea. Some new parts start coming in next week. but i have 2 mabye 3 or even 4 questions ok now 5,6 fianllay 7?

1)I will be running Co2 as well as a ozone reactor. Will ozone affect the Co2?
2)is it ok to put the ozone reactor directly after the Co2 reactor?

3)Ive got no idea how i would heat the water for the tank as i refuse to put 2 heaters in the tank. How would i heat the water inline remembering that i have a 180gallon tank with a theoretical flow of about 2000lpg (3500lph pump @4m - restrictions)?

4)Would say 2x 300 watt inline heaters work if placed stategically or is there a better way?

5)how many micron would most mechanical filters be?

6)how many micron do you need to polish water?

7)how many micron to trap algae?

6x bristlenose 7 x siamese algae eaters, 15 x cory's (various), 6 x Clown Loaches, 9 x upside down cat fish
WAY TOO MANY BOTTOM FEEDERS

7 x siamese are not bottom feeders and the upside down cat fish dont seem to feed from the bottom either.
If i was asking for input on my fish stock i would have asked. i had actually asked different questions?

For the size of my tank and the layout there is a good ratio of bottom feeders

Sorry I might have not seen one of your other posts, but is this filtration system using a sump?

I can't answer any of your other questions but I can speak on the inline heaters. The Hydor inline heaters work great with cannister filters. I am running 2 on my 75 gallon tank. They are totally out of sight so they don't affect the look of the tank. They are expensive but for a large tank, I think they are the only way to go.

If your running 2 on your 75 gallon tank how many would i need on my 180 gallon tank?

How have you got your hooked up ie. do you have to canisters and a heater on both or?

My current filtration is in my sig. My new filtration system is in the process of being delivered and built.

I'm running 2 200W heaters, one on the output of each of my 2 Fluval 304 filters. The Hydor 300w (I think the highest wattage they have) is rated for 50 to 80 gallons so I guess you would need 3 of them or you could run 2 inline from 2 cannister filters (one on each end and then put a regular submersible heater on the back center of the tank. You'd then have heater water coming out at both ends of the tank and also be heating the water in the middle of the tank. That's just a suggestion though.
