After talking to and explaining to my roomate why I had a DIY CO2 system (w/ yeast...), I got to thinking what would be another way to DIY, and for years now, one of my other hobbies has been paintballing. CO2 is the gas used in this sport. Anyways, does anyone here think it is possible to use one of these tanks for a planted fish tank???

:/CO2 Tank:/

Keep in mind it is a 20 oz. container - as I do not know whether that's enough (never used any other CO2 introduction style)

Thanks for the comments!!

It'd be a lot cheaper to get one that is much larger, say around 5lb, for around the same price. Paintball co2 is different, the bottles are a lot smaller, seeing as you need to carry it around. Plus, it costs 30 bucks for a small 20 oz can which is 1lb and 4oz.

Well, let's say I already have a few extra ones from my paintballing days. How would I go about connecting it to airline tubing?
