What should I do? My replacement FE wont get here till tuesday or wednesday.

Ignore it. Thats what I do. I also just ran out of CO2 for my paintball setup today. I could go refill it in town for $4 tomorrow if I wanted too. It might happen Wednesday or maybe in a week, its mainly just cuz I'm pretty lazy. BUT there is a legitimate blizzard going on right now. So, lucky me will have around a foot of snow and lots digging to do tomorrow. I'm going to blame the blizzard, but in reality I probably wouldn't of gotten around to it for at least a couple days anyway.

Last time I filled my 5lb canister. Amazingly got it in my car, filled, and back in the house on the same day. Took me 6 days to actually hook it back up  .

You can also opt to reduce the lighting duration or intensity. I find when I'm going to do something funky with my tanks (go on vacation, major rescape, change something major), I'll often reduce lighting duration and intensity. If anything bad happens, it'll happpen at a much more managable pace.

I like your response, though, Mikaila31. If I were a foot deep in snow and there was a blizzard, I'd ignore that empty canister too and opt for a hot cocoa intead. When I lived in IL, it would be soooo cold, that there would be condensation on the glass of my heated planted tank (kept gouramis). I would write myself little messages on the glass. There were days the condensation would be so thick, I couldn't see the tank.
