Co2 In 15G

So i have a 15g planted tank with single 24w t5 tube but im thinking of adding another 24w tube but i am not adding any co2 at the moment would this mean i have to start adding co2 to the tank and if so would a DIY yeast syistem with a ledder diffuser work?
