I know I've read this here before but I cannot find it now.

I have a 2 liter soda bottle that I want to turn into a 2nd co2 generator for my system. How much sugar, water, and yeast should I use? The amount of yeast will control the speed of the reaction right? Also the room temperature I suppose.

can u add that the more yeast you use, the mixture will run out quicker

Yes, because in the fermentation process, alcohol is produced, and more yeast means more alcohol is produced so it poisons the yeast quicker, you should be changing the mixture weekly anyway so it wont be that bad. Alternatively you can use wine yeast which supports a higher alcohol content
