Does anyone with co2 notice that their water is cloudier than it used to be? Mine used to be crystal clear, but has now become a bit murky. Nothing really to worry about, I'm just wondering.

Thanks

I dont us co2 so not going to coment much, but are u sure the mix is not stphoning back into your water?

Personally I have never experienced cloudiness although I doubt CO2 will be the direct cause. A very heavily planted tank's water may have a slight "silvery sheen" to it though - I don't know the reasons for this but I've read about it on several occasions. I can only assume it may be caused by tiny O2 bubbles produced from the plants.

Another reason maybe a bacterial bloom of some description.

If I look at the tank head on, it looks clear. But if I look down the side of the tank it looks kinda like someone has poured a glass of milk in my water. It's been like this basically since I added the CO2 to my tank (about a month). None of my fish look like they are in trouble or sick or anything. I was just wondering what the cause was.

Check on the water conditioner you use, some have plant extracts in them which seem to cloud water with over zealous use (been there done that lol)
