Clownknifefish Chasing My Fish

my clown knifefish was chasing my gourami was this normal behaviour or the fact that he wants to eat her and the 2 clownknife fish are both 15 cm long but only 1 was chasing the 1 gourami and the gourami same size as 2 grapes put toghther
they do fine with my silver sharks though
and my other red dwarf gourami kept hiding behind the 2 filters as if its scared and the other clown knifefish was lieing down behind the plant

no it i not a wind up but i puted the gourami with my platy,molies and siamese fighting fish

well my siamese fighting fish is a femaleand they stay and play toghter and have had them for over a year now

why do you think its a wind up

cos you have posted a few times about your clown knife today and if not aware before will now be aware that your clown knife is a monster growing voracious predator so it will be no surprise to anyone that it will be chasing a dwarf gourami...all he is doing is what comes naturally and catching his dinner

Did you realise that they can grow up to 50cm and they will eat anything that can fit in their mouth!

I suggest you move your gourami out of that tank.

Also I have mollies, swords and tetras all in with my Betta and I have had no issues what so ever!
