Clown Loaches

Im thinking of getting 3 clown loaches, before i get them, i wanna make sure i know what to keep an eye on.

Ive looked round the net and know about the sleeping antics etc, but havnt found anywhere that says i may see very little of them when new into the tank. i think it would be likely if they have good hiding spaces (inside logs etc) that i may see little of them...am i correct?

My advice would be, buy the largest ones that you can find. This way they are older hopefully healthier than a young one.

My clowns come out more in the evenings than during the day, They need somewhere to hide so a cave is good. When i first got mine they were very lively but then they tended to hide away for a bit, shortly after they then settled into their routine, You wont be disspointed with them at all.


Ps I agree with Captain Canuck, buy big.
