A bull pleco (rubbermouth pleco) would do very nice in there, as they stay around three inchs.
Just make sure to have a filter that can handle the stress of a pleco (for your tank, one rated at over 80 gph should be fine.)
I have a Queen arabesque pleco in my 10 gallon, he is doing fine and has done a superb job eating all of the algae in the tank. For a Filter I have an aquaclear 20 (100gph).
Although otos are perfect for small tanks, they are not perfect in the sense that they require a school of at least three to feel safe, and having three more fish may be pushing the limits in your tank.
