Clown Loach Question

All detailed on the labels, the caps are the measuring cups, I use full strength from dose one, the Loaches have no adverse reactions to it.

From memory it is 5ml per 10 gallons for each one daily for 7 days, no water changes until completed.

I am away from the morning till friday, I will try to respond at some point tomorrow evening but I won't be on long. I hope you will cope OK for a couple of days.

Sorry for the loss I really do understand how you feel - I have lost fish I caed about too, most here have.

Don't give up, you are many steps closer to an understanding of how to keep a fish alive. Get your water stats sorted and then start again - but maybe try easier fish for a while.

thanks for your help

Im not going to keep tropical fish any more
I will stick to the goldfish i have

can you tell me what stats i have to have to keep good water for my fish

Stats are pretty much the same as for tropical - i.e. pH 6.5 to 7.5, 0 ammonia & nitrite, up to 20ppm nitrate if the tank is planted or less if not.

Because you don't know the cause of the deaths you need to do a thorough clean down .... i.e boil the gravel, complete water change ... if it was me I'd throw away all the filter media too, sterilize the filter and get new media, and recycle the tank - see the pinned fishless cycling thread. If you have no fish left there is no reason not to.
