Clown Loach, Poorly Or Pregnant?

One of our Clown loach has got a lump below it's front fin's and at the risk of sounding stupid can anyone tell me if it's pregnant or has a growth of some sort thanks.

As to say what it is I dont know, could be an inflamed internal organ or a deep ulcer in the body tissue.

Sadily treatment..... Dont know to be honest, see what the other say sorry though.

Thanks for the replies but i got home half an hour ago to find it upside down in a plant Clown loach. Going to have to buy another one now so it's friend doesn't get lonely.

don't add any new fish for a couple of weeks just in case there is a problem starting in the tank.

If possible quarantine the new fish for a couple of weeks before adding it to your established tank.

also clowns should in a group of at least 4 fish.
