Clown fish

hi i just wonderd if i couled have clown fish in with outher fish on one website i went on it said no they are poisones on anouther they said yes but on anouther one they said depends on what sort of clown fish it is so i need some help i have given the names bellow so can you please help thanks a lot :thumbs: if it is possible couled you send it at [email protected] but if not dont worry. thanks again
 
Nope Clown fish wont go with tropical as I replyied in your email. It would take a full marine setup to house these fish. :)
 
Yep. Clown fish are a marine fish and can only be kept in salt water. They can be teritorial but as far as I know can be kept in a community tank.
That is assuming we're talking about the orange and white fish that lives in coral reefsand hides in anemone and not a freshwater fish.
 
yeah are you sure you mean clown fish and not clown loach. I don't know of any marine fish that would like to be in a tropical tank, and clown fish are definently marine fish.
