Cloudy Water

my tank has cloudy water in it. yesterday i did a 1/3 water change and that didn't help. i do have "accu- clear" but it didn't help (it usually does). what should i do?

well it has had water i it for about 6 months just as a fry tank with no gravel. then about a month ago i put grave and plants and it is now my breeder fish tank- livebearers. all of a sudden it got cloudy. you can still see thought to the back but it is enough to be annoying

filter wool might help,it helped me when my tank when cloudy.

what is filter wool? never heard of it. is it like a cottony filter cartridge?

I think its called polyfiber in the USA or polishing pads.

put it in the top of your filter as it should be the last thing your water passes through before it goes back in the tank

it looks similar to the polyfiber stuff.
