Cloudy Water

When ever I rinse my filter pads (using the emptied water) and reassemble everything for a couple of days my tank is very cloudy - fine white particles like it is having a bacteria bloom... water stats are 0/0/30 (Am, Nitrite, Nitrate).

Anyone any ideas (tank details in my profile, filter is a fluval 305).

Probably just things getting dislodged from the gravel. Obviously you can't clean every nasty lying at the bottom, but if you're vacumning it's inevitable some of it ends up free flowing for a while.
