Cloudy Water

i have just done a 40% water change went out for a few hours and when i came home the water is pretty cloudy!!!
is this normal? and how do i make it clear

to the forum sycko! maybe try posting in fish emergencies or the area of fish you are in! to me it sounds like a bacteria bloom! as long as your water is checking out maybe try to just let the tank cycle ! im sure some other people have great ideas as well though!
