Cloudy Water Question

So I just did a small water change and my water just got all cloudy.

I just performed an ammonia test and it read completely ammonia free.

I put the usual Aquasafe in the new water, along with some PH Down. The temp is at 78 degrees and the filters are somewhat new (within 2 weeks).

I don't think anything harmful is occurring since all my tests are clean. Any ideas?

It's a bacterial bloom, pretty normal for a new tank, it should go away soon. Be sure to check you nitrites, too.

It's not really a new tank though. It's been cycled for quite a while. Everything is 0ppm except the nitrAtes which are just in the low end.
