Cloudy Water - Help

I have just come home to tank which has been up and running for over 4 months and it is cloudy, I do not have a water testing kit to hand, I am going to do a good water change, but does anyone have any idea why, the only thing I have done recently was a week ago add some med for anti fungus.

Any ideas??

No, not at all, if anything its more of a whitish tinge.

Fish are also at top gasping for air, what % water change would anyone recommend please?

personally i would do a 50% but i may not be the best person smeone else might dsay sommat diffrent if that helps then tomoz u can alyway do anoither small 1 untill it clears

Just cleaning out tank and everything is slimy.

I do 20% water changes and clean filters every week, without fail.

i have no idea could be white alge i had that poretty bad in ym tank at 1 point
