I have a 75gal that is home to my fish and with the last water change i decided to try salt with the water. I have been a huge opponent of this for years but figured i would give it a try. I have never added salt to my tanks (25gal 75gal 10gal) since i have been into fish. About 7yrs. and i have never had a problem. They all live long and prosper, some get so big and healthy i have to trade them at pet store for smaller guys and gals. But this time i tried freshwater aquarium salt in my 75 gal and the directions say 1tbl spoon for every 5 gal, i did a 30gal water change and added 6tbls of salt and the tank is cloudy now. I need help with this situation, did i do something wrong, please help, i don't want to lose my fish. From a dumb mistake by ME!! HELP

75gal
1-red devil
3 firemouth
1-jd
1- manganeus
2- bala shark
1 - irridesint shark
4 tiger barb
1- pleco
(they are all small and will not stay together for long, they are fine and safe)

that is a lot of fish for a small tank<sorry>but your say its temp?
you need great filteration with that ammount of fish..i have a lot of filteration in my tank as you can see below,,,,,why have you added salt with these fish...if i was you i would do large water changes over next few days to remove salt and not add any more....keep up with atleast 30gallon water changes a week and see what happens :good:
