Cloudy-Ish Water

Okay, looks like a slight problem with my tank. I finished cycling my 60litre and did a water change- tested the water :
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
very little nitrate
 
Added 5 small fish, will be adding another 5 and one medium sized fish tomorrow.
When i added the fish i tested the water again: same as last time.
Water looked fine and the fish were a little shy (only 5) and were hiding in cover. however they were being curious and were investigating the tank.
Gave them a little bit of flake food, as the LFS mentioned they hadnt fed them yet. They ate it with ease and i left, came in about 3 hours later and my tank water looks cloudy.
 
Any reasons why ?

Heya EthanF, It almost sounds like a bacteria bloom of some sorts.
 
Keep an eye on the water stats over the next couple of days. It will die out in due time.
