So for my nieces' birthday we bought her a 5 gallon Mini Bow tank. But ever since I have set it up it has always had cloudy water, and they are having problems keeping fish alive. so far they have gone through 3 creamsicle mollies, 2 swordtails, and some black and white mollies. They have had their water tested and was told it was fine. Is there somethign else we can try? oh and they also do a weekly semi-water change.

The cloudiness indicates a very new setup and it seems your tank is not cycled. There is ammonia build-up and that will kill your fish. See the various stickies on cycling your tank. Get yourselves a water test kit as by the time you've taken a sample of water to someone else the ammonia will have killed your fish, it really is very toxic. If you are going to do a fish-in cycle then you will have to change a lot more water and a lot more often.
